Objective: At the end of this training, the trainees should be able to demonstrate the starting up and shutting down of a gas turbine and an understanding of the process and principles for safe gas turbine startup and shutdown of the gas turbine.

Content: Covers the gas turbine system overview, plant automation system overview, plant operation and control principles and concepts, fuel distribution concept, gas turbine start-up to base load, gas turbine shutdown.

Target Group: Operation Managers, Operation Engineers, Shift Engineers, Performance Managers, Performance Engineers and Plant Operators of gas turbine plants.
