TJSB can provide assistance or advice on how to embark and set-up the whole RCM project and teams in carrying out RCM analysis. However, this can only be done upon completion of the trainings below:

1. Introduction to RCM
- a two-day basic training can be provided to all staff involved in the RCM project

2. Pilot RCM Analysis cum Facilitator Training
-a ten-days RCM analysis cum facilitator training to be provided to all RCM team leaders who will facilitate the RCM analysis in their team

Target Group: All technical personnel.
