TJSB has the experience and expertise to develop the following OJT documents:
1. System Description (SD)
2. Operating Procedures (OP)
3. OJT Modules
A SYSTEM DESCRIPTION is a document that contains
information on components, systems and operations of a power plant presented
in a standard format. Each system description would provide information on system
function, flow paths, major components, system control and the necessary graphics,
such as flow diagrams and component illustrations, to support the text.
An OPERATING PROCEDURES will contain the necessary
information to start-up, operate and shutdown each plant system and major components
in a safe and efficient manner. The development of each operating procedure
will also be based on vendors' documents, system walk-downs and information
gained through discussion with plant personnel.
OJT MODULE is a workbook that will guide the
trainee in performing the OJT. It is written based on a system by system basis.
Target Group: Shift Engineers and Plant Operators.
