We have the capability and experience to develop and implement an OJT Program, aimed at providing trainees with the guidance to gain knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs. It is a systematic approach to training; it being properly structured, self-paced and designed on a system by system, using plant-specific OJT documents as the core reference materials.
