As our business continues to expand, so as our pool of human resources. At present, TJSB's has more than 200 employees in various skills and disciplines in varying applications that encompass coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired and hydro technologies.

Our people are a blend of "seasoned" and young engineers.
