OPERATION & MAINTENANCE PORTFOLIO

TJSB is currently involved in five Malaysian projects comprising of three
power stations and two cogeneration facilities with a combined generating
capacity of 2,600MW.

At present, we are on the eighth contract year for the O&M of the 1,303MW   Lumut Power Plant.

In 1999, we were also awarded the O&M services contracts for the two   Centralised Utility Facilities at Kerteh and Gebeng by Petronas Gas Berhad,   Malaysia's national gas company.

In 2000, we secured the O&M services contract for the GB3 Block 3, which
is already in operation. Through our own wholly-owned subsidiary, Natural
Analysis Sdn Bhd (NASB), another O&M services contract was awarded to   TJSB for the Prai Power Plant, which started the commercial operation on 20
June 2003.

Table below shows the details of our O&M portfolio in terms of plant   configuration, capacity, generation type, COD, type of O&M contract and   their respective terms.

TJSB is currently pursuing several O&M contracts with the recently approved  Independent Power Producers (IPP) based in Malaysia.

It is also seeking O&M collaboration or partnership with Malakoff's   subsidiaries and affiliates engaged in power business. This includes the   2,420MW Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Power Station (Kapar Power Station),  which is 40% owned by Malakoff (acquired in July 2000).
